The Charter Oak Pipe Band is based in Manchester CT, USA and competes in the EUSPBA at the grade 4 level. COPB was formed in the spring of 2007 from the grade 4 competing units of the Manchester Pipe Band and the Manchester Regional Police & Fire Pipe Band.

I'm just returning to piping after about an year and a half off and would be interested in talking with someone about the possibility of joining your band.
