Charter Oak Pipe Band's preparations for the the 2009 competition season are underway. After a brief but successful 2008 season (1st @ Glasgowlands, 6th @ Hunter Mtn.) COPB is hitting the ground running after a brief break for the holidays. We've started off the new year with a new practice hall and night. From January until the end of May practices will be held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month in the Carriage House at the Rockville Elks Lodge from 8-10PM.
